Children's  Liturgy of the Word

        This special time away from the 11:45 am Mass provides children with an interactive hearing of the lectionary based readings for each Sunday.  The 20 minute session involves the catechist reading and praying the gospel message at the child's level of understanding.  Handouts colored and taken home reinforce the gospel theme.

Helpful Attributes: Love of sharing God's Word with children.
Time Commitment: 30 minutes weekly in preparation and
                                20 minutes time during the Mass.
